We ask that only one person is present for the consultation with the vet, unless otherwise necessary.

We can take payment over the phone for any medication or food orders to minimise your contact in our reception area.

Call us before you visit

We have spaced out consultations to allow adequate time between patients for disinfection.

We can arrange phone consultations if necessary.

Please call if you are running late or have decided not to attend.

Wait outside for your appointment

Please call us on arrival to the practice and wait outside with your pet in your car.

A team member will escort you through when the consultation room is ready.
